The sponsor of this Sweepstakes is entertainmentworld.us ("Sponsor" or "entertainmentworld.us").
1. ELIGIBILITY
VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States. You must be at least 13 years of age to enter. Employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives, and immediate family members of Sponsors and their respective parent companies, affiliates and subsidiaries are not eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes.
2. HOW TO ENTER
Entry by Computer. You may enter via computer by completing and submitting the information requested on the "Contest" page. All Internet entries must contain a valid e-mail address. If a selected winner cannot be contacted by Sponsor through the e-mail that he or she provided, or fails to respond to Sponsor's prize notification, an alternate winner may be selected.
Limit one entry per household and/or unique e-mail address during the entire Sweepstakes. If multiple entries are received from any person or e-mail address, all such subsequent entries will be disqualified.
Prize winners will be selected from a random drawing held from all eligible entries received. Sweepstakes promoters and/or sponsors are not responsible for lost or stolen entries.
Sweepstakes entries will be disqualified, at the sole discretion of entertainmentworld.us, if attempts are made to disrupt the Sweepstakes or circumvent the terms and conditions of these Official Rules. If the above occurs, entertainmentworld.us reserves the right to remedy any such action, disruption, or circumvention in a manner, determined solely by , that is fair and equitable to Sweepstakes participants.
3. PRIZES
The Sweepstakes Prizes are not transferable or assignable and they are not redeemable for cash, except that the Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the prize is unavailable. All winners are responsible for the payment of any and all taxes and/or licenses and/or other related local, State, Federal fees that may apply to such winnings. Taxes on prizes are solely the responsibility of the winners.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received, according to the eligibility requirements in this promotion. Winners will be selected by random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Random drawings will be held under the supervision of entertainmentworld.us, whose decisions are final and binding. Limit one (1) prize per winner. Winners will be notified by e-mail or telephone. Winners will have up to two (2) days from the date of attempted notification to respond to the notification. Sponsors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify winners. Unless prohibited by law, winners may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and a publicity/liability release within two (2) days of responding to the notification. Each winner may also be required to provide entertainmentworld.us with proof that he or she is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize, or fails to return a completed and executed affidavit and release as required, an alternate winner may be selected. Each winner consents to the use of his or her name and likeness for publicity and commercial purposes without further compensation unless prohibited by law.
4. CONDITIONS
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these complete Official Rules and the decisions of entertainmentworld.us, which shall be final. All federal, state, and local laws apply. Sponsor and their employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, and representatives and their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising, promotion and legal advisors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries; (ii) telephone, electronic, hardware, or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties; (iii) errors in transmission; (iv) any condition caused by events beyond the control of entertainmentworld.us that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; (v) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by a prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of a prize, or from participation in the Sweepstakes; or (vi) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes. In addition, by entering the contest, participants acknowledge that entertainmentworld.us may share all contest registration information as it deems proper.
Sponsor reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes should virus, bugs or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor corrupt the administration or security of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for computer system, phone line, or hardware, software or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures or delays in computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature. Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. This Sweepstakes shall be governed by California law. By participating in this contest, entrants agree that California courts shall have jurisdiction over any dispute or litigation arising from or relating to this Sweepstakes and that venue shall be only in Los Angeles.
entertainmentworld.us may prohibit you from participating in the Sweepstakes, if at the sole discretion of entertainmentworld.us, you repeatedly show a disregard for the these Sweepstakes Official Rules, or act (1) in an unsportsmanlike manner; (2) with an intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other player or a representative of any Sponsor; or (3) in any other disruptive manner.
Computer entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

Specify winner's list or rules on your request as well as Contest you are inquiring about. Replies will be sent after the completion of the Sweepstakes. Winners list requests must be received within 1 month of completion of the Sweepstakes
