December 14, 2022 – Nashville, TN) One of Country music’s most iconic performers, Martina McBride, will be wrapping her 12^th Annual “The Joy of Christmas Tour” this weekend in Fayetteville, AR on December 18^th. Continuing with a favored tradition of fans and of Martina herself, the tour has brought the enchantment and warmth of the holiday season to fans with performances of all-time favorite classic tunes.  

Earlier this year, it was announced that the Country Music Hall of Fame’s exhibit, Martina McBride: The Power of Her Voice, has been extended to be on display until July 2023. The collection, which was unveiled in the summer of 2021, explores the music and legacy of the influential vocalist, tracing her journey from performing in her family’s band as a child to becoming a chart-topping, award-winning, perspective-shifting Country music artist.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – 90s hit-making country group Ricochet will return to the world-famous Grand Ole Opry on Wednesday, October 12, marking their first performance on the iconic stage in 22 years! With hits including “Daddy’s Money,” “What Do I Know,” and “He Left A Lot To Be Desired,” the appearance will be one that should not be missed! This year also marks the 25th anniversary of their hit single, “He Left a Lot to Be Desired,” with new tour dates being added regularly.

“After a 22-year absence, we are so honored to be invited back to perform on the Grand Ole Opry,” shares Heath Wright. “It will feel so good to step onto the sacred circle of that hallowed stage. In 1996 the members of country group Ricochet watched their debut single, “What Do I Know”, rise to the Top 5 earning the band the honor of the highest-charting debut single of the year. “I wrote ‘Whole Lotta Little’ after getting married and moving into my first home with my husband. It was a 900 square feet apartment but it felt like a castle to me because it was ours. A lot of times in life we think the big flashy things will make us happy but the biggest blessings in my life are the little ones. I’m big on the little things and living a simple life and I hope this song makes other people appreciate the little things in their life too. From the fiddle to the lyrics, this song is country through and through. It sounds like the mountain music I was raised on and takes me back there every time I sing it,” says Emily Ann Roberts.

Some will remember Emily Ann from her time spent on Blake Shelton’s team on NBC’s The Voice where she was the runner-up on Season Nine. About Emily Ann Roberts
