Following its premiere on KCRW’s Live from HQ and Morning Becomes Eclectic, 54 Ultra’s new single “Find Your Love” is out now everywhere. A fan favorite throughout his sold-out fall tour, which wraps in Puerto Rico at the end of this month, the single was produced by Homer Steinweiss and Leon Michels (El Michels Affair, Clairo). “Find Your Love” channels 54 Ultra’s classic synth-laced indie-rock-soul while marking a distinct progression in his sound.
Following his recent single “I Won’t Go,” “Find Your Love” lands as he gears up for an expanded North American tour beginning in early 2026. The 21-date run brings him to several markets for the first time, with support from Orca through January, and culminates in his Coachella debut.
Rising out of New Jersey, 54 Ultra is the musical project of songwriter and producer JohnAnthony Rodriguez. Originally starting out as a producer in high school, Johnny spent years working behind the scenes before picking up instruments and developing a sound uniquely his own.
In the kaleidoscopic world of music, 54 Ultra emerges as a beacon of sonic fusion indebted to his Puerto Rican and Dominican roots, weaving synthy indie rock with a Latin soul heartbeat. His smooth vocals and tasteful production create a feeling of instant nostalgia that has already begun to garner fans from around the world. His debut single “Where Are You” continues to grow rapidly on social media, along with the young artist’s profile. In May, Johnny shared his debut EP First Works, which was recognized by Billboard as one of the Best Projects of the Year (So Far). The six-track EP includes previously released singles “No Tengo Valor” and fan favorite “Upside Down.”
