SIGGRAPH, the world’s leading conference on computer graphics and interactive techniques, is gearing up for its 53rd annual event in July 2026. This volunteer-driven gathering serves as a hub for a vibrant community of innovators in computer graphics, each dedicated to fostering inspiration, exploring new experiences, and advancing transformative technologies.
As the premier annual forum for building community and expanding professional connections within the computer graphics industry, SIGGRAPH 2026 will bring together passionate technical and creative minds committed to driving innovation and influencing real-world applications. Returning to Los Angeles for the first time since 2023, the conference will be held from 19–23 July. Submissions are now open for many of its flagship programs, with the next major deadline on 10 February. The event welcomes contributions from researchers, creators, and enthusiasts across academia, industry, and beyond, encouraging the presentation of groundbreaking discoveries and innovations.
“SIGGRAPH 2026 is a powerful reminder of how computer graphics technologies propel innovation across an extraordinary range of disciplines,” states Conference Chair Chris Redmann. “We are witnessing breakthroughs that are transforming fields from robotics and astronomy to architecture, film, and gaming. This year, I am most inspired by the spirit of connection. The greatest advancements often happen when solutions in one domain ignite revolutions in another, and I am eager to see how the work showcased here will bring our global community even closer.”
As a multidisciplinary exchange of knowledge and excellence, SIGGRAPH is especially focused on current and emerging topics such as physical AI, robotics, vision, gaming, and technical content. Two cornerstone research programs — Art Papers and Technical Papers — consistently highlight progress in these areas. Both have seen remarkable engagement this year, with 204 submissions to Art Papers and 1,124 to Technical Papers, underscoring the community’s dedication to pushing the boundaries of the field.
