In the track, he discusses the fear of love’s uncertainty commenting, “‘Reach Out And Kiss Me’ feels more like a plea – almost begging them to come and prove they miss you if they say so. Why should I yearn for you to be close to me if you miss me in the way that you say you do? If you mean it, then reach out to me. Come and kiss me if you really mean it.”
