First the Title of the movie is misleading a great marketing plot. Its not about how to have but about bunch of teenager wanting sex . Its the typical spring break for get teens get wasted and party till the sun comes up. They wanted to ultimate holiday without parents and they got.
The film is more about peer pressure than to have sex. Tara (Mia McKenna-Bruce) is teased by her girlfriends Em (Enva Lewis) and Skye (Lara Peake). What the true plot of the movie is saying yes when in reality was no Tara wasn’t ready. Best acting goes to Mia for how she handles herself around her friends afterwards of guilt and anger.
I have to say for an indie film it had over 250 Extras dancing in night club and outdoors. It was very well shot, and director Molly Manning Walker nailed it. The music placement worked perfectly as well.
The film has a great message for Teens and should have been called Have Sex When You Are Ready.
The Film is a 2024 BAFTA Film Award Nominee

It’s supposed to be the best summer ever. Tara, Skye and Em touch down on the Greek party resort of Malia for the vacation to end all vacations, the girls trip every British teenager ticks off at the cusp of adulthood. Tara, the last remaining virgin, is on a mission to change that: and her best friends are causing chaos right alongside her. The 16-year-old drinks and dances her way through the strip – with all its messy bars and grimy nightclubs – until she meets a couple of boys on the neighboring hotel balcony who she hopes might give her a summer to remember.
Making her debut feature with a vibrant, compassionate look at sex, friendship, consent and the sweet smell of a boozy sunburned summer holiday, director and cinematographer Molly Manning Walker (Scrapper, Good Thanks, You?) paints an exhilarating, moving, and painfully familiar portrait of young adulthood.
